This area, known for its hipster charm and rich history, inspired the creation of “Hawthorne Howler” —a smoky sensation that captures the essence of one of our favorite parts of the city.
As the very first of our creations, “Hawthorne Howler” pays homage to the oldest working vertical lift bridge in the U.S. Its rich, smoky taste packed in with heat was the perfect reflection for the area’s bold and eclectic spirit.

The magic about Weird Sauce is that it’s not pure punch-in-the-face heat, it’s layers of flavor. Smoky and spicy with vegetable notes dancing underneath, it’s amazing how they’ve combined relatively simple ingredients to create such a multidimensional sauce.
